1. Event Access Registration grants one individual access to the live online event and its recorded replay. Access links are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold. 2. Event Recording The event will be recorded. Registrants will receive access to the full replay after the live session. By attending, you consent to the event being recorded. 3. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are not available if you are unable to attend the live session. All registrants will automatically receive the recording, which serves as the replacement for a live attendance refund. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund. 4. Technology Requirements Registrants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device. The organizer is not responsible for individual technical issues that prevent attendance. 5. Content Usage All event materials—including slides, recordings, downloads, and training content—are protected by copyright. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share content without written permission. 6. Code of Conduct Participants must engage respectfully and refrain from disruptive behavior. The organizer may remove participants who violate these standards without refund. 7. Liability Disclaimer Event content is provided for educational purposes only. The organizer is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the information shared during the event.
