SUMMIT 2026 — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to SUMMIT 2026 (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
All tickets grant access to SUMMIT 2026 as described at the time of purchase. Admission requires a valid ticket and official event credentials. The Event is open to qualified moving industry professionals and invited guests. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the experience or violates these terms.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or failure to attend.
3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual within the same company prior to the Event. Transfer requests must be submitted according to instructions provided after registration. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
4. Event Changes
Event details—including dates, times, speakers, sessions, venues, and programming—are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.
5. Force Majeure
The Event is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or venue closures. In such cases, organizers may reschedule the Event or provide alternative access at their discretion.
6. Photography, Video & Media Use
By attending the Event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and participation to be photographed, recorded, and used by the Event and SmartMoving for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.
7. Attendee Information & Sponsor Communication
By registering for SUMMIT 2026, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information—including name, company, title, and email address—may be shared with Event sponsors and partners for marketing, promotional, and follow-up communications related to their products or services. You may opt out of sponsor communications directly with the sponsor at any time.
8. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for violations of this policy.
9. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including travel and participation in physical or social activities. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that the Event, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and venue are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from attendance or participation in the Event.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and attending SUMMIT 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
